The employment of full-time, part-time and voluntary support workers; 6. Capacity building for community representatives to develop, run and own community based projects / initiatives; 7. Awareness raising activities to support active citizenship; 8. Support the development of community-based networks and partnerships; 9. The provision of, and support for, community based animateurs to facilitate capacity building; and 10. The promotion and sharing of good practice and mentoring | |

Promotion of cultural and arts opportunities, where they are an integral part of an agreed economic regeneration strategy; 7. Business start-up assistance and ongoing support; 8. Formation and support of Credit Unions and Local Exchange and Trading Schemes (LETS); and 9. Support for the development of community based Intermediate Labour Market Initiatives. | |

Provision, refurbishment and extension of sustainable new and existing community buildings, assets and facilities, that will enable the delivery of training, learning opportunities, and advice and guidance, including associated equipment; 3. Provision of new and upgraded business premises, workshop space and incubator units including associated revenue support; 4. Support for new and upgraded childcare facilities which are directly linked to accessing employment and/or training opportunities; 5. Provision of community transport facilities; 6.
